Topped with zesty corn relish, fiery grilled green chiles, melted pepper jack cheese, and a tantalizing cilantro lime crema, each bite is a symphony of taste sensations.

Ingredients:

Cilantro Lime Crema:

• sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped fresh cilantro, lime juice & zest, garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste

Corn Relish:

• corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, chopped fresh cilantro, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Cumin, & paprika

Plating:

• 3 Mexican Cheese Bites, Burger Patty, Pepper Jack Cheese, Roasted Green Chile, Corn Relish and Cilantro Lime Crema
