Cold Basmati Rice
Pinto Beans or Kidney Beans

Salsa
Sour Cream or Avocado Crema
Steam the tamale according to the instructions on the package. Split the lettuce between the bowls. Top with all the veggies. Sprinkle on the salsa and sour cream. Top with the tamale! That’s it, your dinner is served…

Can of Black Beans
Street Corn Salad
Tucson Tamale Black Bean Seasoning
Sour Cream
Salsa
Cilantro (for garnish)
Prepare the beans according to the recipe on the seasoning package. Make the Street Corn Salad. Steam the Tamales according to the directions on the package.
Place the corn husk on the plate, lay the tamale on the corn husk, nestle the beans and corn salad right next to the tamale, top with salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
