Over medium heat, mix the can of tomatoes, can of chili and the tamales, heated and diced with the olives removed. Mash everything together in the pot. Start to slowly add in your diced Velveeta cheese and stir as it melts. Be careful not to let the pot sit too long as the bottom can burn. For a smoother consistency, blend the mix with a hand blender. Finally enjoy your tamale queso with chips or over nachos!
