Please recheck your “30 minutes”. It appears that it would take at least 45. The recipe is a bit lacking in timing – stating cook 30 minutes in one place and 40 in another, then changing temperature and cooking 15 more minutes. So 45 or 55 total. Although I would expect 45 would be more likely.
I do plan to try this recipe, but others might more if the directions were clarified. It does sound good.
